SERVPRO SAVED MY FAMILY. When we arrived home it was third quarter of the Seahawks playing In the Super Bowl. We had no idea that the toilet had been overflowing for five hours as we stepped into a sea of water!!! Honestly Servepro responded quickly even on Superbowb Sunday at the end of the game! They were my first call and they knew exactly how to help. They we very professional and directed me in options for managing my 1400 sq ft of flooded house. They were fast, friendly and very, very professional. The manager, Warren always answerd when I called.and was always helpful and reassuring. He is so knowledgeable and has a wonderful team. Yule honestly has a photographic memory! She knows the location of everything she packed, she is so helpful. The team was very concerned about the potential for mold growth and they very carefully put forth all efforts to prevent it. They dealt with insurance for me, I didn't have to worry about it. They boxes they packed were done very well, so far no damage to anything. They can handle any size job. I had 3 truckloads of belongings-some 700 boxes plus furniture. Yeah we have a lot of work ahead of us, but with the detailed inventory with a lot of photos taken by the Servpro team it , makes it easy to find stuff we are looking for.
