History of Finley
The town is named after John Finley, an early settler who made his livelihood supplying beef to gold miners heading north from Seattle during the Klondike Gold Rush in 1897. John Finley financed most of the development of the town during its beginnings. Finley has an extensive collection of historic buildings, including one of Washington's oldest continuously operating hotel, Finley Hotel. The town's first post office was established in 1906, and closed down in 1953. Finley was finally incorporated in 1904 to serve as a rail yard for the Northern Pacific Railroad, but soon became an important lumbering and fishing center.

Jessica and her ability to put your mind at ease is something that I will never forget. Making sure that you understand what is going on with any issues that arise from her inspection and giving you photographs to show the proper people who will come in and fix the problem after her and her crew clean up the mess is very thorough.
