Eltopia, Washington is known as the place with the most rain in the whole United States. It is also known for its large presence of artists, writers and musicians. Located in Franklin County, this town is quite small with no recorded population. The climate is moderate, with temperatures averaging between 40 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit, and of course, lots and lots of rain through the year. History of Eltopia
This part of Franklin County was originally Native American territory. The Native American settlers in this region traded with Lewis and Clark when they passed through the Columbia Basin in 1805. It wasn't until after the Yakima War that settlers began to call this area of Franklin County a home. The area was settled by mostly cattle ranchers and those looking to mine gold in the area. In 1881, the Northern Pacific Railway created a station in Eltopia. This caused a spike in settlement, but Eltopia never became an incorporated town in Washington.

Jessica and her ability to put your mind at ease is something that I will never forget. Making sure that you understand what is going on with any issues that arise from her inspection and giving you photographs to show the proper people who will come in and fix the problem after her and her crew clean up the mess is very thorough.
