Keezletown, VA, is a small community located in the heart of Rockingham County, in the Shenandoah Valley. Settlement in the county began as early as 1727. George Keezle built a home around 1790, and the small community evolved around his house and the surrounding farmland. The community's economy is based on agriculture, farming, orchards and livestock.
The Keezletown Ruritan Club, which initially received its charter in 1940, has over 30 members and meets on the first Monday of each month at the Ruritan Hall, beginning at 7 pm. The objective is to promote fellowship, community service, and goodwill throughout our community. The Ruritan Club sponsors several events throughout the year. The Keezletown Cruise-In is planned for Sept 13 from 12-5 pm. There will be fried country ham, burgers, French fries, white beans, and ice cream.
The Harrisonburg Farmers Market is only five miles from Keezletown. It is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 am to 1 pm from April until November. Enjoy fresh, local produce, artisanal goods, and a variety of other products throughout the season.

Oh my goodness, I developed a huge water leak from my bathroom to my kitchen. A bit panicked as I had never experienced anything like this. After calling my insurance company SERVPRO arrived within hours. They walked me thru the entire process. Trey and Ivory were so awesome, fun, kind, patient, and delivered exceptional customer service. They have a customer for life.
After a supply line to a toilet burst and flooded all 3 floors of our home, SERVPRO (Brady) was here in less than 2 hours- on a weekend! Brady was excellent to work with and always kept us informed. He was here every day for over a week and was always polite and professional. Wyatt was here all week as well and was so courteous and informative. These guys made an otherwise awful situation something we were able to come out on the other side of with a great experience. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Harrisonburg/Rockingham County.
