Blacksburg Cleanup and Restoration

We had a fantastic experience with ServPro helping us with a recent house fire in the NRV. Morgan was extremely responsive and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He answered all of our questions and was beyond supportive. We'd also like to give a special shoutout to our clean team: Maria, Manuel, German, & Dakota. They did a fantastic job and Maria and Manuel walked us through the property when they were finished to ensure everything not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Which couldn't have been accomplished without the quick and professional teamwork from our demo crew: Andrew, Mike, Juan, German, Dakota, Manuel, & Maria. We would absolutely recommend Servpro to friends and family, and greatly appreciate everyone's hard work and support through a very difficult time for our family. Thank you all!!

As the team lead of the cleaning crew, Shelby not only did excellent work but also displayed great leadership and organization. Chataun, Sophia, Andrew Thomas, Mike Hodges and Freddy were all excellent to work with. The house and contents are wonderfully clean. Germain Resendiz, Dakota Kurtz, Andrew, Michael and Taun (the Duck Crew) got the ducts and chambers clean and the carpets as well. Derek’s repair of the door was very well done. The whole crew were wonderful and gave 100%. All were professional, competent, friendly and compassionate. The construction crew of Derrick Tunstall, Matt Sprague and Chris Dangerfield were amazing in their determination, perseverance and professionalism in setting and repairing the doors as well as cleaning and repairing of the patio. Casey Speck was an outstanding project manager. She made sure all the jobs were fulfilled and was professional but compassionate. Morgan Wilburn, from the very first phone call, was absolutely amazing! My deepest appreciation to all the wonderful people of ServPro. A horrible situation was made tolerable by all who helped. We had an upstairs pipe burst and it flooded the bedroom downstairs and the ceiling fell in. Dakota and Daniel came out after hours and stayed until they had the entire mess cleaned up and plastic put on the ceiling joists to help keep dirt and wind out until it could be repaired. After a couple of days of drying from their fans and heat, Daniel came back out to test for moisture and clean the carpet. Dakota and Daniel make a great team! They are very professional and thorough with attention to detail. We will definitely call ServPro again if needed! They communicated with the insurance company through and after the entire job.
