As the team lead of the cleaning crew, Shelby not only did excellent work but also displayed great leadership and organization. Chataun, Sophia, Andrew Thomas, Mike Hodges and Freddy were all excellent to work with. The house and contents are wonderfully clean. Germain Resendiz, Dakota Kurtz, Andrew, Michael and Taun (the Duck Crew) got the ducts and chambers clean and the carpets as well. Derek’s repair of the door was very well done. We had an upstairs pipe burst and it flooded the bedroom downstairs and the ceiling fell in. Dakota and Daniel came out after hours and stayed until they had the entire mess cleaned up and plastic put on the ceiling joists to help keep dirt and wind out until it could be repaired. After a couple of days of drying from their fans and heat, Daniel came back out to test for moisture and clean the carpet. Dakota and Daniel make a great team! They are very professional and thorough with attention to detail. We will definitely call ServPro again if needed! They communicated with the insurance company through and after the entire job.
