I have three kids and was going to be late for my appointment. I called the office and spoke with Nathan and told him I would be late and without hesitation he told me it was ok and they would fit me in. I spoke with Nathan in the office again when I arrived and then dealt with Patricia and Sara downstairs. Everyone was very respectful, nice and knowledgeable even with my three crazy kids running around. Servpro and their team saved the day!

I received a notice that my unit might have water damage and was out of town. Nathan FaceTimed me, as requested by me, and went through all my items and then sent photos of so I could file a claim. He was very nice and took his time with my belongings. I’m glad Nathan and servpro were there to handle this situation. I would trust them in any situation.

I walked into the office of Extra Space not knowing too much of what was going on. Nathan was in the office when I got there and I am glad he was there.
