I have three kids and was going to be late for my appointment. I received a notice that my unit might have water damage and was out of town. Nathan FaceTimed me, as requested by me, and went through all my items and then sent photos of so I could file a claim. He was very nice and took his time with my belongings. I’m glad Nathan and servpro were there to handle this situation. I would trust them in any situation.
I walked into the office of Extra Space not knowing too much of what was going on. Nathan was in the office when I got there and I am glad he was there. He explained the process with a calm demeanor and knowledge and walked me to my unit. I had a significant amount of damage and did not have a way to take my wet stuff with me.
