Excellent Service and Results! Our water heater failed on a Sunday. We called SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County on Monday and talked to Keith. He said he could have a crew come give us an estimate that afternoon. Joel and his assistant arrived as promised. He made our day when he told us he could extract the water from the walls and floor without tearing them up! He gave us a quote for de-humidifiers and heat-blowing fans. He even had the equipment on his truck. So, we paid Keith via debit card over the phone and Joel installed in equipment Monday. Joel and his assistant were very careful not to damage our sports car when bringing the equipment in through the garage and when moving our dryer (to place the equipment). They were friendly, courteous and professional. They returned on Wednesday as planned. All areas were dry except one. So, they removed the equipment except for the problem area and re-arranged the heating fans on the spot. They left the fans on the problem area for another two days at no additional cost. They honored the quote even though we need additional time in one area. Greatly appreciated!!! If I ever need to fix water damage again, I will call SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County Princeton. I have nothing but positive things to say about the personnel and service. Both were fantastic.
Walking into a flooded office after heavy rain at 6:00am in the morning was not a good way to start the day. The professionals at SERVPRO were able to conduct the cleanup/restoration to our office safely, quickly, and with little to no interruption of our day to day business.

Best customer service! I came home at 11pm from work to half of my house flooded because my cats decided to turn on the faucet in our guest bathroom while I was at work. No telling how long it had been on. I called them and they had a tech on his way by 12:30am as soon as I called they were already on their way! Great company and fast work!
