Let me cut to the chase, CALL SERVPRO of West Knoxville if you have any sort of water emergency! SERVPRO of West Knoxville was the one aspect of peace in the chaos of my completely unexpected water emergency! My washing machine overflowed significantly with water flowing from my 2nd story laundry area throughout my main level living space and garage! Upon calling my insurance agent, she recommended I call SERVPRO. I called, received immediate and thorough communication about the process (even helping me over the phone to locate my main water turn off valve), and then the crew showed up within the next 2 hours! I have two small girls, so their timely response was such a relief. Not only did they promptly get to work, but the project manager also took the time to review my current needs, a few possibilities, and provided me with some very valuable knowledge of how to proceed after their mitigation job was complete.
