Almeda, Oregon is a city nicely located with great views of the city and local rivers in Multnomah County. Hood and Columbia River there are things to do outside all year round. The name comes from the Spanish word "alamo," meaning a poplar or cottonwood tree. In 1909, the Alameda Land Company laid out the Alameda Park subdivision that was then annexed to the city of Portland. There is even a song named Almeda. Our area has most seasons. Summers are dry and clear. In recent years, fires have made their way towards the area and cause fire and smoke damage causing many residents and business owners to need fire damage restoration. Fall is gorgeous.
