Very professional. I called on late Sunday and they arrived on time and were very informative and began Immediately to relieve me of a stressful situation. Dillon and helper were efficient, informative and good at explaining what they needed to do and why. They have been timely and pleasant throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company and want to thank them for their service.
When we called them for help they came immediately. Aaron was our technician and he has the best customer service! He was so helpful in explaining everything he was doing and about what needed to be done with the whole process. He made a very stressful event better for us.
I had a clogged shower drain. It flooded my bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and hallway. I vacuumed up some of it, but the damage was done. I called SERVPRO for help. Best call I could have made. They had a team at my door really quick. They pulled up the carpet and wet pad. Set up fans to dry under walls and cabinets. Aaron was very help full and came back a number of times to check the moisture readings. Aaron was very friendly but still professional. I hope that I don't ever need SERVPRO again but if I do, I will certainly call SERVPRO for help.
When my company's sewage line in our walls burst, this company helped us out so much and were very professional and knowledgeable. Super fast workers.
DJ was able to inspect an interior wall I had opened up and thought there might be a mold issue. He showed me photo and video evidence that this was not the case and provided some alternatives to address the concerns I was having. Friendly, polite, and respectful. I will definitely reach out to DJ and SERVPRO of Norman if I have any further concerns regarding mold/water damage in my home.
