I had a clogged shower drain. It flooded my bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and hallway. I vacuumed up some of it, but the damage was done. I called SERVPRO for help. Best call I could have made. They had a team at my door really quick. They pulled up the carpet and wet pad. Set up fans to dry under walls and cabinets. Aaron was very help full and came back a number of times to check the moisture readings. Aaron was very friendly but still professional. I hope that I don't ever need SERVPRO again but if I do, I will certainly call SERVPRO for help.
Responded quickly, once called, coming from Norman to Edmond on a holiday weekend. Knew what to look for in the case of future damage to wall, carpet and tile from a water overflow. I spoke with John Woods a project manager for SERVPRO at 11am. He told me he would come at 1pm to evaluate our flood damage. He arrived at 12:30. He told me he would have his team at my home in 2 hours. They came in on-time providing excellent customer service giving us progress reports throughout the process. The crew had great people skills. Aaron communicated with me each day of the drying process. I heard about them because they sponsored one of the Sooner shows on YouTube. I must say they were better than advertised. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. These guys were stars.
DJ was able to inspect an interior wall I had opened up and thought there might be a mold issue. He showed me photo and video evidence that this was not the case and provided some alternatives to address the concerns I was having. Friendly, polite, and respectful. I will definitely reach out to DJ and SERVPRO of Norman if I have any further concerns regarding mold/water damage in my home.
