They had a team at my door really quick. They pulled up the carpet and wet pad. Set up fans to dry under walls and cabinets. Aaron was very help full and came back a number of times to check the moisture readings. Aaron was very friendly but still professional. I hope that I don't ever need SERVPRO again but if I do, I will certainly call SERVPRO for help.
