Did not trash items that may not hold importance or significance to the workers, but are to me. Always questioned before trashing.
Very professional dress, attitudes, communication. Friendly. Even helped me get through some emotional feelings. In the past 2 years, I have lost several immediate family members & my husband of 47 years. I am very ill with chronic lung disease. All of Alex’s staff were attentive to assure I took breaks & was okay.
