I had ServPro come back and clean my high traffic carpets in two of my commercial buildings. They did an exceptional job. I had them cleaned, or not cleaned, in April. When I had the flood in my building, I asked them if they could try cleaning the carpets that were so grimy, and that the other Carpet Cleaning company could not Get clean. They did an amazing job They arrived when they said they would They did not get in the way of businesses that were open They did the job and got out Anyelic and Anthony were the techs that did the hard work. They were professional, efficient and friendly. Jasen, who coordinated the jobs was great. He kept in touch with me on timing and progress. I highly recommend ServPro!

I experienced a water backup in my home which was a very distressing event for me. The ServPro cleanup team from Medina, Jorbit and Lizmar, and project manager, Ross, far exceeded my expectations in every way. They clearly communicated what was being done and answered all my questions. They came to my house at the scheduled time each day and worked nonstop all day each consecutive day except for a lunch break until the work was done. The work was done neatly and with care, skill, and precision. But equally important was their respectful and caring interactions with me. These are good, hardworking, salt of the earth people who I was grateful to have work in my home at such a difficult time.

Purchasing a house and there was a mold spot in the garage that the bank wanted inspected and taken care of before financing my loan. Trey was able to come out next day and inspect for free then when I needed the work done he finished ahead of schedule and was very professional and accommodating at every step. We unfortunately experienced extensive water damage on all 3 floors of our home from a recent 2nd floor bathroom remodel. The day of the issue we worked with our insurance company to dispatch ServPro who exceeded our expectations from the minute they arrived all the way through the mitigation process which took almost 2 weeks. From Melissa and Chris Bougher who was our first point of contact to all of the crew involved in the mitigation process we can’t say THANK YOU enough. The team was fast acting, worked hard, was professional, and very respectful. Communication through the entire process was outstanding. We received messages from Jasen Engle every day to let us know when the crew would be arriving. Team Fosdick, Ross Branham, Derek, Adrick, Mason, Yorbeth, Lismar, Charlie, Tyler, Jacob, and Chris were so great to work with! Ross was our project manager and worked with our insurance adjuster directly, was at our home every day the crew was there to provide direction and ensure the crew knew what to do. ServPro even came on Saturdays to check on equipment and the drying process. We hope you don’t but if you ever find yourself in a similar situation, call ServPro!

Servpro recently completed repairs to our condo after some water damage. The final work came out fabulous. We couldn’t have asked for any better results. The crews that did the work were very knowledgeable and professional. We were constantly kept informed as to what was happening. The communication that we received from Todd, Jack and Dan was more than we could have ever hoped for. The crew also made sure that anything that came up during the repairs was addressed and immediately taken care of. They all went above and beyond. I needed a moisture reading on my floors before installing a new floor after a flood. I called in the morning and they came two hours later. Very responsive!
