We recently had a devastating flood in our basement of sewage water and SERVPRO came to our rescue! Removed damaged items for disposal and also undamaged items. I really feel that the team, (Deb, Kris, Derek, Chris), you sent went above and beyond the call of duty, I was led to believe that everything would be good when they left, not only was it good, but the team actually showed real concern for our issues. This in hand is rare in business anymore. I hope this never happens again but if it does I will call your helpful staff.
The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the pleasure we had in dealing with this specific crew, during a very stressful and sad event for us and our family. Deb did a thorough job of explaining everything to us, and answering all of our panic ridden questions. Their respect for us and our relatively new home offered us a sense of comfort that was much needed as this. They worked extremely hard, without complaints and very few breaks. They accomplished these tasks with as little added mess as possible, and were extremely efficient.
