I used SERVPRO in conjunction with a claim through my Nationwide home owners insurance. They handled everything from start to finish and did a terrific job. Kevin, our Production Manager, was amazing. By the time I caught that my clothes washer was overflowing and had been for at least 20 minutes while I was sitting just feet away, I had about $15,000 worth of damage! After the initial clean-up, Jeff Crawford stepped in and was with me every step of the way during the recovery/rehab months. There were so many people involved in the repair work and he managed to keep close tabs on everyone, making sure they were where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. Jeff often stopped by to check on the progress and was either right by the phone when I called with a question or concern or made sure he called me back in good time. I have a beautiful renovated home and I am so grateful for SERVPRO's help. Jeff and SERVPRO made this process as painless as they possibly could.
