We just had Kenneth and James from SERVPRO come out and take care of our basement that was flooded with 4 inches of sewage water. I can't say enough good things about them. They worked hard for 12 hours straight. They were pleasant the entire time and answered every question with a smile. They didn't leave until the job was completed and perfect. It's hard to find such good workers this day and age. We are extremely happy with their service and will recommend them to anyone who needs such help.

Their Columbus team was fast and great in our time of need. We worked with Lashawn and he gave us great service and was very kind during a really stressful time for our family. My wife and I were very pleased with how quick the response was and how great the service was. He explained everything along the way and we'd refer anyone in need of mitigation to the Columbus team.

I have worked directly with LaShawn Hill on several occasions and he is a true wonder that jumps when disaster happens. I've barely finished giving him the location address to see what the damage is, if a claim needs to be filed, and he is already en route.This company is all about making sure they take care of you and your needs, not only for the clean up and fix, but in what is in your best interest regarding the claims process. SERVPRO has been at my house for the last three days and didn't even leave till they finished the job tonight around 10pm. We had tile collapse and water back up through our drains and flood our basement. They came in and moved everything out, got rid of and inventoried everything that was ruined and also moved the good/salvageable stuff into a pod. Completely sanitised and steam cleaned the entire basement and have it set up now drying. They did a fabulous job and were very professional from Andrea Miller who came out to do the estimate and Jared their site manager and his crew. Very friendly and did an awesome job!!! I Highly recommend them for any job and honestly, I can't thank them enough!

We came home from a three day camping trip only to find our basement flooded. We called SERVPRO and within a couple hours Ryan Davis and his crew man Trevor came out and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and efficient and as of right now things are drying up! Thank you!!!

After a week of hot water leaking from a burst pipe while we were out of town, we had a very positive experience with SERVPRO of NE Columbus on both the mitigation and restoration stages. Drying out a house after an accident is a pain, but SERVPRO was immediately responsive and tried to make the situation as tolerable as possible. When it came to restoration, they gave us a well-organized project manager who, in turn, gave us a team of folks to do the drywall, molding, floor and ceiling repairs and painting who were consistently first-rate. We were very pleased with the results.

This company was great during a time of crisis. The fact that they came out during one of the most horrific things that we have ever seen in our home was unbelievable. The crews went above the normal call of duty to make our family more at ease during a difficult situation. We had broken pipes and water everywhere in our home, and the crew came in and made it like their logo says "Like it never even happened."
