I used SERVPRO in conjunction with a claim through my Nationwide home owners insurance. They handled everything from start to finish and did a terrific job. Kevin, our Production Manager, was amazing. Always quick to respond to our questions, proactively let us know what was happening next, worked around our schedule, arrived on time, and the list goes on. By the time I caught that my clothes washer was overflowing and had been for at least 20 minutes while I was sitting just feet away, I had about $15,000 worth of damage!
