Loudonville Cleanup and Restoration

Serv Pro came out and cleaned our home from a severe action that took place. The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned our house to above standards. I would highly recommend Serv Pro to anybody looking for their house to be cleaned in any disaster. I want to think the team that came out and they are. Cris, Aldrik, Kenny and Ricky. I can't give my S.Pro staff 5 stars because they deserve all the stars in the galaxy! Your worst day is having a flood or fire. But your best day is when S.Pro pulls out of your driveway and you get to turn around and embrace the beauty they have restored...like it never happened. And, they won't go until you are satisfied. I tried! My team was led by Todd and I was blessed with Walter* Matthew* and Steve. They were exceptional. Also polite, timely, professional, hard working, knowledgeable, always cleaned up and kept me entertained with their version of humor. Their standards were higher than mine and their attention to detail was impressive. My condo went from a disaster to a master piece. I was always reminded i was the customer and I was always offered the choices to make and the final decision. In a time where customer service is fading, these guys didn't get the memo. Walter and Matt are masters in their craft. Their collective years of experience and skill are a gift to us, the customer. If they can't fix or collectively solve an issue, they reinvent it to a higher satisfaction. There are other choices for disaster clean up, but you dont know what they do or dont know. The first day i was aware of the capability of my crew. I then tossed aside my worry and never looked back. S. Pro does it once. .they do it right. The elaborative planning and strategic detail for each home is elaborate and reassuring. You may not be fortunate enough to get Walter or Matthew, but if they are from S.Pro, you are in good hands. Their reputation speaks volumes. Also a shout out to mitigation. Carlos and Rebecca worked tirelessly prepping for construction. Be reminded to put aside items you may need daily as once contents are boxed it may be awhile till you unpack. They boxed, tore out walls, rolled up wet carpet and always smiled. I'm a very satisfied customer, will always recommend Serve Pro. I love my boys... They'll never know

Ross - Cody - Melissa and all other staff was amazing. They turned our sadness into happiness. Our house had a small leak we never would’ve known where it came from it was Ross detected with Cody’s skills complemented the job helping with the insurance and now we have a sanitized healthy home. I would give this company a 100 out of a 1-10 scoring.
