But your best day is when S.Pro pulls out of your driveway and you get to turn around and embrace the beauty they have restored...like it never happened. And, they won't go until you are satisfied. I tried! My team was led by Todd and I was blessed with Walter* Matthew* and Steve. They were exceptional. Also polite, timely, professional, hard working, knowledgeable, always cleaned up and kept me entertained with their version of humor. Their standards were higher than mine and their attention to detail was impressive. My condo went from a disaster to a master piece. I was always reminded i was the customer and I was always offered the choices to make and the final decision. In a time where customer service is fading, these guys didn't get the memo. Walter and Matt are masters in their craft. Their collective years of experience and skill are a gift to us, the customer. If they can't fix or collectively solve an issue, they reinvent it to a higher satisfaction. There are other choices for disaster clean up, but you dont know what they do or dont know. Ross - Cody - Melissa and all other staff was amazing. They turned our sadness into happiness. Our house had a small leak we never would’ve known where it came from it was Ross detected with Cody’s skills complemented the job helping with the insurance and now we have a sanitized healthy home. I would give this company a 100 out of a 1-10 scoring.
