My daughter recently moved into her first house in Lexington; and SERVPRO's fine work remedied a very difficult situation. The house needed a deep and extensive cleaning done quickly. I called SERVPRO in the late afternoon on a Thursday. That same evening, Mr. France met us at the house, thoroughly assessed the work needed, and gave an accurate quote later that same night. The next morning, Paris and his detail-oriented workers deep-cleaned carpets, cleaned and polished floors, cleaned floor vents, cleaned behind appliances, and wiped down doors, as well. The house was ready for interior painting that same weekend, which seemed like an impossible goal before the SERVPRO cavalry arrived.
Mr. France was called to another job during the day. He explained the reason for his departure, due to an emergency water issue in Shelby. He kept the needed crew in Lexington finished the job. He returned promptly at the time he'd stated and thoroughly inspected all areas that his crew had cleaned before invoicing the work. The cleaning was done well, to our specification, and billed accurately- matching the estimated quote.
I have recommended SERVPRO to the realtor with whom we worked so that he can suggest your services when other homebuyers face a "move-in-move-out" cleaning situation.
