Kevin, our Production Manager, was amazing. There were so many people involved in the repair work and he managed to keep close tabs on everyone, making sure they were where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. Jeff often stopped by to check on the progress and was either right by the phone when I called with a question or concern or made sure he called me back in good time.
