The hamlet of Ulster Park is located off Route 9W in the town of Esopus and just 5 miles away from Kingston. It was an extremely stressful situation for many reasons and Wanda made me feel totally supported. As an account management/customer service professional I truly value and recognize when someone goes above and beyond. I would also be remiss if I did not acknowledge Gil Ortiz who was very thorough and helpful, and the team that was onsite that did the cleaning (unfortunately I don’t recall these names but hopefully you can reference internally). They were all also very professional and provided superior service. While I hope not to have another disaster I would highly recommend Wanda and SERVPRO to family and friends.

As a property manager, there are a lot of people of moving parts and a lot of people to work with when it comes to remedying damage from water.
