When SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/South Washington Counties trucks show up with the tagline "Like it never even happened." they aren't kidding. I had a septic tank back up and I had a real mess on my hands. My local guys couldn't do the job & thankfully gave me the number for SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/South Washington Counties. With a massive show of cleaning force 4 highly experienced and very nice guys showed up, donned hazmat suits/gloves/respirators and went to work. They were here until 10:30...on a FRIDAY NIGHT. They did an amazing job. They came back every day to check on the equipment they left here to dry the place out. By Tuesday the equipment was gone & our house was spotless. I've never met a more professional bunch in my life, and I'm old. I'd recommend John Flood and SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/South Washington Counties any day of the week.
John and his team went above & beyond during our difficult time. They arrived quickly and performed great work over the two weeks they were here. Their professionalism, timeliness and communication was very refreshing. They did an amazing job. We would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!
