We had the most disgusting and foul odor throughout the entire house resulting from hours of protein smoke. SERVPRO of Patchogue assigned a project manager who took care of everything from insurance to cleaning to finding someone to take care of our clothing. We went out of town for a week and when we came back everything was taken care of.

Just want to thank Tom and Mike for doing such a fantastic job removing water damage from my basement. They were kind, sweet and very knowledgeable. Tom explained everything first and they both answered any questions or concerns. I couldn't walk to the basement after recent ankle surgery so they brought me the damaged boxes on plastic to go over. Before leaving with fans and dehumidifier in place, they even hooked tubing into kitchen sink for humidifier knowing I couldn't get downstairs. And they cleaned my hardwood under the tarp before going! Rich, the owner, set up the appointment immediately. Despite having to remove some stored items, you made a first time in need actually a pleasant experience! Thank you!

I had a flood that devastated three floors in my home and State Farm Insurance Company recommended SERVPRO of Patchogue to pack and store my furniture in their climate controlled warehouse while my floors were refinished. My belongings were handled with care and everything came back in perfect condition! Excellent job!
Not only did Laura coordinate and orchestrate the entire operation to ensure that everything went smoothly from beginning to end, she was on site and hands on treating our items as if they were her own.
