So far, 5 stars to SERVPRO of Patchogue, specifically Avery, Bill, Sean, Sal, and Eileen, who quickly took care of scheduling everything. They were all professional, polite, and answered questions when asked. Bill, Sean and Sal were careful with removing the water damaged materials and setting up the drying machines, then cleaned the floors, etc., of any dust on their way out. They explained the process and worked quickly to get it done. I am hopeful that the remainder of the process of working with them will go just as smoothly!
This company provided excellent service. The workmen were real pros and everything was done neatly and with great skills. Communication was great. Every question answered, supplies were the best quality and the workmanship was perfect. The owner of the company who supervised the work was in constant contact, the crew worked skillfully and the staff was consistently attentive. We could not have had a better experience.

When a pipe burst and flooded my living room and bedroom, and caused damage to my basement in May, I was beside myself with panic!!!!! I live in a spanking brand-new condo which I had moved into only a year prior to this horror!!! Thankfully, my insurance adjuster recommended SERVPRO of Patchogue. Much to my delight, Rich Delfino, my Knight in Shining Armor, arrived to assess the damage and saved my sanity!!!!!!! He was professional, friendly, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable in the work that needed to be done to return my home to normal!!! In no time at all, he assigned a magician to take care of things!!! One would NEVER know that there had been water damage in my bedroom and basement. Omg these guys are the BEST! My mom had a flooded kitchen that she thought she cleaned up.. ended up in the hospital a few days later and it wasn’t till she got home that I realized her basement had a lot more damage! State Farm sent SERVPRO over, and Richie, Mark and their team made a lousy situation not so bad.. they took care of drying out the kitchen and basement, always updated me on what was happening and made my mom feel better… she’s 92 and trying to get back on her feet but these guys talked to her and she felt she could trust them… they cleaned up beautifully and now we’re on to the rebuild… any type of water damage, call these guys!
