When a pipe burst and flooded my living room and bedroom, and caused damage to my basement in May, I was beside myself with panic!!!!! Omg these guys are the BEST! My mom had a flooded kitchen that she thought she cleaned up.. ended up in the hospital a few days later and it wasn’t till she got home that I realized her basement had a lot more damage! State Farm sent SERVPRO over, and Richie, Mark and their team made a lousy situation not so bad.. they took care of drying out the kitchen and basement, always updated me on what was happening and made my mom feel better… she’s 92 and trying to get back on her feet but these guys talked to her and she felt she could trust them… they cleaned up beautifully and now we’re on to the rebuild… any type of water damage, call these guys!
