The most efficient and professional individuals around. They immediately came out to my home when I called in a panic because my upstairs bathroom flooded into my downstairs office! They were in and out in a couple days and were so professional and considerate to our family. This is the only company you need to call!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their techs were sent out to repair another company's botched job at my house. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did a very thorough job of containing the affected area with plastic and tape and left a dehumidifier overnight. They are working directly with my insurance company too, so there is very little I have to do other than let them in the house to work. After such a terrible experience with another mold company in town I am incredibly pleased to have these guys at SERVPRO taking care of me. I feel confident in their abilities and that I'm in good hands now. If you ever have water damage, call them first, because if another company handles it incorrectly, they can make things worse and spread the mold spores throughout the house.
