General Cleaning and Janitorial Services

My husband and I were absolutely impressed with the response time, professionalism, and workmanship. The first company that came out to our property was recommended by our homeowner's insurance, which me being in the industry, I knew we would need to start there. Being that the insurance company will only cover the work being completed if it is done by those companies recommended by them. Once we realized the insurance would not cover any portion of this work, we decided to get a few opinions. The restoration company quoted us $4900 for mold remediation and cabinet replacement. To say my husband and I were irritated by their customer service is an understatement. This company ghosted us as soon as they realized we were cash payers and not being covered by the insurance company. I should not have to reach out and follow up multiple times to get a response to give a business my money. The estimate provided was not with any specs in mind just a good eyeballing from 5 days previous. We had enough of that. This behavior is indicative of the service to come. So, we opted out. We reached out to Servpro and the response was IMMEDIATE. We were scheduled for a consultation the next day and within a week our work was complete. The idea that we had Tristan, Jon, and Nick come out measure everything, spend about an hour with us, and then took those measurements back to the office to CAD was impressive. When we received our quote, my husband and I were so impressed we did not bother to get any other estimates. Then, when it was time to do the remediation, we were blessed to get the three gentlemen back in our home taking care of the mold. All three were dressed professionally and even out up with me speaking through our house cameras because I had to work. I am sure I looked like a creeper LOL. They took it with a grain of salt and remained professional. This company is proficient, efficient, and responsive. In my line of work I get asked most assuredly about companies I would refer out to in the construction industry. I will 100% network Servpro out to our clients. Thank you all for making this an easy and simple process. The office also gets overlooked, but I would also like to recognize the gal in the office being prompt and following through on her promise to have our quote before she left on Friday. You are all amazing .
