The most efficient and professional individuals around. They immediately came out to my home when I called in a panic because my upstairs bathroom flooded into my downstairs office! They did a very thorough job of containing the affected area with plastic and tape and left a dehumidifier overnight. They are working directly with my insurance company too, so there is very little I have to do other than let them in the house to work. After such a terrible experience with another mold company in town I am incredibly pleased to have these guys at SERVPRO taking care of me. I feel confident in their abilities and that I'm in good hands now. If you ever have water damage, call them first, because if another company handles it incorrectly, they can make things worse and spread the mold spores throughout the house.
