I had a ton of damage to my house from the ice this past winter. ServPro was a fantastic partner through the whole mitigation process. Ashley's team was easy to work with. Amy+Pam did an amazing job of removing the damaged parts of our house, drying everything thoroughly, and meticulously cleaning up when their work was done. This was no small feat, due to the age and condition of our damaged walls, ceilings, insulation, etc. Through it all, they kept me well informed both about what needed to be done and about how they were progressing in getting it done. I am very grateful and will ask for them by name if we ever have a similar situation that requires SERVPRO remediation.

While the office experience was satisfactory, I have to give a huge shout out to the gentlemen that came out on site. Dave and Justin are the definition of integrity and professionalism. They worked relentlessly all day in freezing still water and outside temps, doing everything they could to slow down the back flow from our basement drain. Not only did they put themselves in an extremely uncomfortable work environment, they actually had the selflessness to ask me what I needed and apologize for a flood that wasn’t even their fault. I would recommend these specific technicians to any customer who still values working men who go the extra distance.
