While the office experience was satisfactory, I have to give a huge shout out to the gentlemen that came out on site. Dave and Justin are the definition of integrity and professionalism. They worked relentlessly all day in freezing still water and outside temps, doing everything they could to slow down the back flow from our basement drain. Not only did they put themselves in an extremely uncomfortable work environment, they actually had the selflessness to ask me what I needed and apologize for a flood that wasn’t even their fault. I would recommend these specific technicians to any customer who still values working men who go the extra distance.
Every single person who has come to help us get back to normal after our septic spill has been TERRIFIC. I have to send out a particular thanks to both David and Jadon who were with us for 3 days, pulling out tile and basement carpeting.
