Residential Storm Damage Restoration

Nothing compares to the devastation a storm and its complications inflicts upon your home or business. Exterior damage and rainwater saturated ground lead to severe flooding through your building and its contents. Water causes damage immediately and continuously. The longer it remains within structures and soaking documents, furnishings, flooring and other fixtures and belongings the more likely secondary damage can destroy items beyond restoration and repair. As quickly as possible call SERVPRO of Cheshire County for expert storm damage repair and restoration.

Our owners, estimators, and technicians carry Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration, and Certification (IICRC) Certifications in Water Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. This advanced knowledge base permits us to react fast and appropriately to the challenges of storm generated water damage, including water removal, assessment and management of water contamination, and a wide range of drying issues. The equipment we employ is state of the art and operated only by trained crew members to minimize collateral damage. We also offer leading edge technologies that transform even seemingly unsalvageable items from ruined to restored.

Be assured of our local commitment as we partner with The American Red Cross and The United Way to assist our neighbors in need when the banks of the Swanzey or Granite Lakes overflow. I'd like to thank David S. and Troy R. for their hard work to clean up my Mom's basement after a water leak. Their communication, respect, kindness and hard work are so appreciated. I would not hesitate to call them again if we needed this service. I would also like to thank Will for his communication and patience since we have not dealt with a problem like this before.

Tracey Gaier

I had a ton of damage to my house from the ice this past winter. ServPro was a fantastic partner through the whole mitigation process. Ashley's team was easy to work with. My main contact was with James and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! He went well above and beyond to help me out, answer any questions, and just help keep me from stressing out too much! They are lucky to have him!!! This company is professional, quick to respond, and so helpful with dealing with insurance. 1000% recommend!

Jennifer Ely

ServPro crew supervised by Taylor were efficient, on-time, kept me informed throughout the project, was careful with my personal items, did an excellent job with my flooded basement and left the space clean and mold free. I highly recommend them

Ralph Coffey

Amy+Pam did an amazing job of removing the damaged parts of our house, drying everything thoroughly, and meticulously cleaning up when their work was done. This was no small feat, due to the age and condition of our damaged walls, ceilings, insulation, etc. Through it all, they kept me well informed both about what needed to be done and about how they were progressing in getting it done. I am very grateful and will ask for them by name if we ever have a similar situation that requires SERVPRO remediation.

I cannot say enough good things about the Cleaning/Restoration Service provided. The team leader, Julie, is incredible & Wilman, the Project Manager is personable & professional! The Technicians Justin, Julian, & David were so courteous & respectful of us & our home & worked so hard! Thank you all! Also, a shout out to Curtis who is a District Manager, I am impressed! BE IN THE KNOW-GO WITH SERVE PRO!

Kyle Beckwith

While the office experience was satisfactory, I have to give a huge shout out to the gentlemen that came out on site. Dave and Justin are the definition of integrity and professionalism. They worked relentlessly all day in freezing still water and outside temps, doing everything they could to slow down the back flow from our basement drain. Not only did they put themselves in an extremely uncomfortable work environment, they actually had the selflessness to ask me what I needed and apologize for a flood that wasn’t even their fault. I would recommend these specific technicians to any customer who still values working men who go the extra distance.

Every single person who has come to help us get back to normal after our septic spill has been TERRIFIC. I have to send out a particular thanks to both David and Jadon who were with us for 3 days, pulling out tile and basement carpeting. They were incredibly hard working, and conscientious to us-protecting us from the inevitable dust that comes with these messy jobs. Thanks David and Jadon! Forgot to tell you how Carlos saw us through the cleanup phase of this ordeal. He kept everything in order and made sure all of our questions were answered satisfactorily.

About Us

Compassion, Customer Satisfaction and Community: At SERVPRO of Cheshire County, we believe these are the cornerstones of a successful emergency restoration business. We make sure these qualities are achieved and upheld daily.

  • Compassion: Fire & water damage emergencies are always traumatic and, in most cases, may be the first time a client has experienced such a disaster. Our first objective is to make a client feel comfortable as we walk them through the restoration process following an unsettling experience. It is of utmost importance to build a trust with the client from the initial phone call.
  • Customer Satisfaction: The most important piece of any emergency restoration project is the satisfaction of the client. Every service we perform during a water or fire damage cleanup is done in the interest of gaining complete approval and contentment from that client. We want to make certain that their experience with SERVPRO of Cheshire County is a great one.
  • Community: Part of gaining the trust of our clients and the towns and cities around us is having a positive impact on our local community. We believe that strong involvement in local charities, events, groups and associations is essential in reflecting positively in our community.

History:

  • SERVPRO of Cheshire County was founded in 1978. Ownership was taken over by Richard and Susan Paul in 1988. Both Richard and Susan are from the area and still reside in Cheshire County today. For over 10 years, the Paul's stayed focused on providing the area with the very best in fire & water restoration services and building positive awareness through compassion, customer satisfaction and community involvement. In 2002, Richard and Susan’s oldest son Ryan came on board full-time as an Estimator and Project Manager. A year later, younger son Derek joined the family-owned and operated franchise. Both Ryan and Derek grew up in Cheshire County attending Keene High School and Keene State College. Now over 30 years into their family’s ownership, Ryan and Derek Paul are handling day-to-day operations as Co-Owners of the business along with Ryan’s wife Melissa who began her role as Office Manager in 2011. Ryan manages business operations while Derek is Director of Marketing. Together, the three hope to continue to maintain the shining reputation that was created by Richard and Susan over 30 years ago.

Community:

  • Each member of the Paul family has a long history and deep roots in Cheshire County and involvement in the local community has always been important to them. The same holds true for SERVPRO of Cheshire County as each member feels it’s vital to the business’s local image. From participation and sponsorship in youth sports, town government, school clubs, local charities and events, industry boards and associations, community involvement has not only been a fixture in their personal lives but has had a tremendous impact on their positive image in the community.
