Swannanoa Cleanup and Restoration

I am very happy with my experience using this company. Collin was kind and patient as he walked me through the insurance process. He also followed up with me after the completion to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this company!

Chance and his team do excellent work. Great communication and more than willing to address any issues. I highly recommend chance and his team!

Our refrigerator had a leak which caused a small section of the flooring to buckle. ServPro professionals quickly arrived, gently pulled the flooring, positioned fans and a giant dehumidifier, and in two days everything was dry. They were professional and respected our home.👍

Serv Pro restored all damage to our home both inside and structurely outside. You would never know we had an electrical fire that was caused by a direct lightning strike.

Andy and Dakota were amazing! They helped make our stressful situation much less stressful with their thoroughness and expertise. We can’t thank them and Servpro enough.

We had 20+ broken water pipes in our basement which led to extensive damage to floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and built-in furniture. Servepro did the initial cleanup very quickly. Then the restoration people came in, worked with our insurance to devise a plan and adjusted as necessary. They assembled a crew and finished the work in less than 3 weeks. The end results are lovely. Best of all is the reassurance that they provided that they would make things right no matter what. They really delivered. If you need clean up and restoration work, I highly recommend Servepro of Asheville.

Fantastic recent experience with the roofing division of Servpro. Service provided by team led by Colin was courteous, prompt and responsive. Should we need roofing or gutter maintenance in the future Servpro will get the call.

First we requested Servpro come for a bathroom flood. We had already had to remove drywall, flooring and vanity. This was an insurance job. They left a dehumidifier and fans and checked for mold. When they came back they rechecked for mold. I felt so assured. Then I met Chris, who explained everything to me, with names and phone numbers. My first remodel appt, I met Chance. He understood everything that had to be done and we agreed. When he arrived with his crew, I saw how experienced and respectful and talented they were. Especially his supervisor. Every issue that came up, Chance was able to work out and we were able to come up with an agreement and the work was done. Chance is very responsive, accurate and accountable and hears what you need. I would definitely request his help again if need be. I’m very grateful that he was able to make this the best experience and outcome to a horrible situation.
