Fantastic recent experience with the roofing division of Servpro. Service provided by team led by Colin was courteous, prompt and responsive. Should we need roofing or gutter maintenance in the future Servpro will get the call.
First we requested Servpro come for a bathroom flood. We had already had to remove drywall, flooring and vanity. This was an insurance job. They left a dehumidifier and fans and checked for mold. He understood everything that had to be done and we agreed. When he arrived with his crew, I saw how experienced and respectful and talented they were. Especially his supervisor. Every issue that came up, Chance was able to work out and we were able to come up with an agreement and the work was done. Chance is very responsive, accurate and accountable and hears what you need.
