This team did such an amazing job helping my family during a unique process. Miranda is top notch, and her TEAM is just as skilled. The entire team was kind, respectful, patient (especially in our situation), and supportive throughout the whole process. Having people treat your home and family with that level of care means more than words can say. Even our animals fell in love with them. We are beyond grateful. I recently experienced some water damage in my home and had to have my entire downstairs floor replaced. Servepro did the initial clean-up (and were amazing). The team was very professional, prompt and quickly responded to my calls and messages. Since I had to have my entire downstairs floors replaced, Servepro’s team came out and packed up the downstairs of my home and moved my belongings to a climate controlled facility. After the work was completed, they returned to do the “pack-back” and move everything back in place. Miranda and Bailey were the project managers overseeing my job. On the day of the pack-out, I inadvertently left some items in a drawer that I needed for our pups. Miranda said that once they got everything unloaded she would grab what we needed and bring it back the next morning. Miranda also stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process with updates. Miranda and her team, Bailey, Saul, Antonio and Israel were truly amazing and I would highly recommend ServePro and their team! The team certainly made this very stressful time much easier to bare.

Serv Pro was great. They were contracted by my insurance company to remove and store furniture while carpet was being installed following a plumbing leak. They were easy to work with even after carpet installation was delayed. Miranda was awesome and communicated well throughout the process.
