I recently experienced some water damage in my home and had to have my entire downstairs floor replaced. Servepro did the initial clean-up (and were amazing). The team was very professional, prompt and quickly responded to my calls and messages. Since I had to have my entire downstairs floors replaced, Servepro’s team came out and packed up the downstairs of my home and moved my belongings to a climate controlled facility. After the work was completed, they returned to do the “pack-back” and move everything back in place. Miranda and Bailey were the project managers overseeing my job. On the day of the pack-out, I inadvertently left some items in a drawer that I needed for our pups. Miranda said that once they got everything unloaded she would grab what we needed and bring it back the next morning.
