Victor was Awesome and went out of his way to ensure everything was done right with the Restoration and Rick T. did an exceptional job on our Rebuild. They follow up and make sure everything is done correctly. They are extremely professional and always call you back when you have questions. Serv-pro, Jerry King and his team were awesome. If you need work done, they are the people to get. Don't look any further. We have a vacation home in Piney Creek and b/c of many situations, I had not been there for months. My husband had been. When someone finally went in, the bottom floor was flooded from the hot water heater and pipes. Jerry King and his team was hired to "fix" it. They did a superb job. I had more surgeries and still have not been able to get up there, I can't drive and live 6 hours away in SC. Knowing the situation, Jerry still worked with me to keep me informed. Not only that but he often offered to go beyond what might be expected. He did everything to make this horror better. I was very pleased with the professionalism and kindness shown to me esp. since my husband died and I was left to do it all on my own. Hopefully I won't have to, but if need be I will not hesitate to use them again.
They came in and done good we're all they got it cleaned real good and then the second crew came in and painted and they done a good job
