Buncombe County customers are saying
73,000+ gallons of water flooded inside our home. Melissa was amazing. Ask for her by name. She met us at the property explained the process and how insuramce would pay the cost except our deductible. She shared her cell so we got text updates of our drying out process. Highly recommend Melissa and crew who dried up our home. We didn't interact at all with the repair team but sure tried calling several times to grt timeline and scope. We just handled repairs on our own with our own contractors since time was important due to it being an Airbnb. I only wished Melissa could have handled the repairs after dry out phase complete. She is organized and professional.
The entirety of professional services from ServPro- from tree removal to fence repair to restoration and interior installations was seamless. All documentation was submitted to my insurance with pricing fair and accurate thru the timely completion of all projects! Highly recommend and will continue to contract with them.
I am very happy with my experience using this company. Collin was kind and patient as he walked me through the insurance process. He also followed up with me after the completion to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this company!
Chance and his team do excellent work. Great communication and more than willing to address any issues. I highly recommend chance and his team!
Our refrigerator had a leak which caused a small section of the flooring to buckle. ServPro professionals quickly arrived, gently pulled the flooring, positioned fans and a giant dehumidifier, and in two days everything was dry. They were professional and respected our home.đź‘Ť
Serv Pro restored all damage to our home both inside and structurely outside. You would never know we had an electrical fire that was caused by a direct lightning strike.
Andy and Dakota were amazing! They helped make our stressful situation much less stressful with their thoroughness and expertise. We can’t thank them and Servpro enough.
We had 20+ broken water pipes in our basement which led to extensive damage to floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and built-in furniture. Servepro did the initial cleanup very quickly. Then the restoration people came in, worked with our insurance to devise a plan and adjusted as necessary. They assembled a crew and finished the work in less than 3 weeks. The end results are lovely. Best of all is the reassurance that they provided that they would make things right no matter what. They really delivered. If you need clean up and restoration work, I highly recommend Servepro of Asheville.
Fantastic recent experience with the roofing division of Servpro. Service provided by team led by Colin was courteous, prompt and responsive. Should we need roofing or gutter maintenance in the future Servpro will get the call.
