At 6:30pm on Friday night, discovered that my water heater had split leaking 80 gallons of water into the basement. Jacob arrived about 45 min after calling and began the process to assess the extend of water damage. Mike and Jayden arrived shortly after and began the process of extracting water and removing the wet carpet and padding. They setup fans and equipment to dry the remaining moisture. While hoping I would not ever need to call an emergency restoration company, Annemarie and Jim have been wonderful to deal with since the first phone call I made to them late on a Sunday evening.
