All of my questions were answered thoroughly and each step of the process was clearly explained and made as transparent as possible. While you never want to actually have to use SERVPRO, as this means you've had some sort of residential disaster, it's good to know that you'll be in good hands with this franchise.
Called this morning at 9:48 am and they were at our house within hours. What a service! I could not have asked for better service and professionalism. I recommend their service to anyone!
While hoping I would not ever need to call an emergency restoration company, Annemarie and Jim have been wonderful to deal with since the first phone call I made to them late on a Sunday evening. It is clear that they take their business seriously and that customer satisfaction is their top priority - and they certainly made feel like their most important customer although I suspect every single one of their customers feels the same.
