We contacted ServPro for a basement deep cleaning prior to repair work on leaky windows. TBH we had communication issues with the first rep who left on vacation without conveying the urgency of our request to the person covering for them. But the team who did the actual work - Dale especially - were fantastic. They kindly followed our requests and kept us informed each day they were on site.

From the project manager, Bob Jewell to the Fort Wayne demo crew, Nick and Santiago we were impressed by their timely, efficient and supportive efforts.
