We recently had SERVPRO complete our flooring project, and overall, we are very happy with the finished result. The project did take two attempts to get everything right, which was understandably frustrating and took longer than we had hoped. However, we really appreciate that SERVPRO came back, addressed the issues, and made sure the job was completed properly. Everyone we worked with was kind, professional, and willing to work with us throughout the process. While we certainly would have preferred for everything to be done correctly the first time, we appreciate that they stood behind their work and took the time to make things right. We are very happy with our new floors and grateful for the effort that went into getting the project finished. Thank you to the SERVPRO team for seeing it through and making sure we were happy with the end result!
