We contacted ServPro for a basement deep cleaning prior to repair work on leaky windows. TBH we had communication issues with the first rep who left on vacation without conveying the urgency of our request to the person covering for them. But the team who did the actual work - Dale especially - were fantastic. They kindly followed our requests and kept us informed each day they were on site.

They were prompt and did not leave you hanging like the other establishments and maintenance companies in the Saginaw area.

I got a call back from a project coordinator within hours after my initial call to their office. We were able to schedule an initial inspection of my situation on the next business day. We met at my house project and they had cleaning staff come out on the same day to complete their work! We were happy with the results of their work! I would highly recommend Servpro for emergency cleanups, as they will be on my list of contractors for future cleanups of my own!

We had storm/sewage water back up in our basement along with 100's of other Saginaw neighbors from the recent rains. From the project manager, Bob Jewell to the Fort Wayne demo crew, Nick and Santiago we were impressed by their timely, efficient and supportive efforts.
