Can't really express how happy I was with Chad and his crew at SERVPRO. After a big storm here in Saginaw, my neighbors tree fell on my house and my basement flooded. Woke up this morning to water in the basement. More water than we ever had before. We called SERVPRO and they were out by 1:30 p.m. Cleaned and set fans and dehumidifiers out. I've often wondered, does anyone ever read reviews? I'm a retired veteran, was in emergency need of roof repair right in the middle of winter. I received a call from SERVPRO, was told "Don't worry, everything will be fine, we got it covered." From inspection, work authorization, matching shingles, and job completion, the holes in my roof and the water damage were completed in a fast professional manner. My family and I couldn't be happier with SERVPRO. Thank you, Scott, Tim, and the entire roofing crew who did the entire roof in 5-6 hours, during the winter. Simply AMAZING!!!! This is the company that will take care of you.
What a wonderful crew! Our job was expansive and so dirty but when they were done it was as close to new as we will ever get. They showed up on time and were courteous. Definitely recommend!

I had a tree come through my roof and SERVPRO called right away and came out the same day to tear my whole bedroom apart and cover my roof. Brandon was a great project manager and even made it fun even though we were nothing but frustrated with the situation. I love the way my house has turned out. They did a GREAT job!
