On 5/16/25, there was a rainstorm, and the power went out in the middle of the night. We were unaware until the next morning that we had water all over our basement, due to sump pump going out. We called SERVPRO and Bob called us within 30 minutes. He stopped by and helped my husband (73 years) get our sump pump hooked up to our generator. He was kind and very helpful. He checked everything out. After the standing water was gone, we told him we would like to have SERVPRO dry it out. They soon came and were very professional and knowledgeable. They set up fans/dehumidifiers. They came and checked things out every day. They got furniture, tables, etc. off the floors with green blocks. Jake came with Patty the first day. Very friendly and kept us updated every step of the way.

He was very professional, knowledgeable about the job at task, and he will make you feel at ease with his kindness. I am VERY pleased with the job. We had an automatic valve fail, and we had several inches of water in our basement. Insurance contacted SERVPRO and they sent a crew to assess. The team worked tirelessly to clean and salvage items. They worked over the next several days checking and drying out everything. Everyone in their crew was professional. They lived up to their slogan, "Like it never even happened." We can’t say enough good things about their service.
45 minutes after I placed the call, they were here. Very professional. Bob and TJ didn’t mess around. Got the job done right away. I highly recommend!
My basement flooded with sewage - I did not know where to start as far as calling people to help with the cleanup. I was given several names, one of them being SERVPRO. SERVPRO was FANTASTIC, from beginning cleanup to the end. The guys answered all of my questions- they were polite, friendly, called to let me know if they were running late, cleaned up, and showed up. Rocky was excellent. He treated me like family, explained how things worked, stayed on top of the project, and worked with the Insurance company on all issues. I’ve never had a company show so much respect on everything they did. I can’t thank the guys that worked on my basement enough.
The crew arrived quickly and started cleaning the water out of the basement. They were very fast at what they did. I thought they were very good at the work they did. They came back to check on the floor to make sure it was drying and kept up to date. Great job.
I had the best service from my SERVPRO team. Rocky made sure everything was done correctly and paid attention to every detail. He was easy to get ahold of and address every need and concern. Logan work was amazing. I wish you could see the molding that he put in. He even used a file to manage the different curves. His painting was perfect. I can't say enough wonderful things about these two men.
I can’t say enough positive things about this SERVPRO office! Every single person we worked with was just wonderful, positive, proactive, and professional. Our project manager, Rocky, was responsive to every question - and if there was something he wasn’t sure of it, he made sure to find out and let us know. He was definitely the calm in our storm! He put amazing people on our project who did a top-notch job. Jim and his crew made our ceilings look new again, and Logan did a masterful job in putting in our hardwood floors. They were helpful, respectful, and definitely the “best of the best”. Similarly, our contents and cleaning manager, Jeni, stepped in and made that aspect of the project move seamlessly, handling situations promptly and efficiently. Her crew was so polite, helpful, and fun to be around.
