Pleasant Ridge https://cityofpleasantridge.org/ is a small city located in Oakland County, MI. This tiny city is a total of .57 square miles. Pleasant Ridge is aptly named after the slight ridge that ran through the center of the city. It was incorporated as a village in 1921 and became a city in 1927. The City of Pleasant Ridge is the 5th smallest city by land in the State of Michigan. It is located 1.5 miles north of the City of Detroit. Pleasant Ridge is bordered on the south side by the City of Ferndale (the center of the LGBT Community of Metro-Detroit). Pleasant Ridge is included in one of the top cities of same-sex couple households in the nation.

I called SERVPRO Oak Park/Ferndale after a window was broken in the entry door of my home. I needed someone to board it up for security purposes until I could arrange to have the window replaced. A friend who has dealt with this kind of a problem many times recommended this business without hesitation. Particular care was taken not to further damage my door while securing it at the same time. I appreciate professionalism and that's what I got.
