10/10. Highly recommend! Recently, I had two water leaks a month apart and SERVPRO saved my bamboo floor – and my sanity. Both times, the water saturated the same area and leaked through the basement ceiling. The fact that the floor survived two floods is a testament to SERVPRO's restoration expertise and customer care. We were fortunate to have SERVPRO on our side during the June 26th sewer drain back up! We had just renovated out basement and lost everything! The crew that came out was extremely knowledgeable and professional! The worked long hours to remove our flooring, cut drywall, test and cut plaster, sanitize and dry out our basement.
