The project did take two attempts to get everything right, which was understandably frustrating and took longer than we had hoped. We contacted ServPro for a basement deep cleaning prior to repair work on leaky windows. TBH we had communication issues with the first rep who left on vacation without conveying the urgency of our request to the person covering for them. But the team who did the actual work - Dale especially - were fantastic. They kindly followed our requests and kept us informed each day they were on site.
They were prompt and did not leave you hanging like the other establishments and maintenance companies in the Saginaw area.
