My basement flooded with sewage - I did not know where to start as far as calling people to help with the cleanup. I was given several names, one of them being SERVPRO. The guys answered all of my questions- they were polite, friendly, called to let me know if they were running late, cleaned up, and showed up. Rocky was excellent. He treated me like family, explained how things worked, stayed on top of the project, and worked with the Insurance company on all issues. I’ve never had a company show so much respect on everything they did. I can’t thank the guys that worked on my basement enough.
The crew arrived quickly and started cleaning the water out of the basement. They were very fast at what they did. I thought they were very good at the work they did. They came back to check on the floor to make sure it was drying and kept up to date. Great job.
